Role Description:

The role involves working within the team to provide insights and frameworks necessary for creating successful partnerships. The aim is to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives and governance across the organization. The Specialist will focus on rationalizing and optimizing the existing Partnership Framework to enhance effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recommendations based on a comprehensive review of the current Partnership Framework.
• Conduct product management of various partnership programs, including lifecycle analysis.
• Perform profitability analysis and reporting to measure partnership success and effectiveness.
• Oversee partner onboarding and operations, including improvement initiatives.
• Design frameworks for new types of partnerships, including legal and contractual agreements, financial models, operational processes, performance metrics, and risk management governance.
