Job Description:

We are looking for a Functional Migration Expert to ensure the smooth migration of our current CRM system to Dynamics. The candidate will work on the business side, understanding the needs of the business users and ensuring these needs are met in the new target platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users.
• Ensure required IT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
• Establish and maintain service level agreements and act as the main point of contact for all service issues.
• Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
• Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
• Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates should be based in a country where the client has offices (Belgium, France, UK, Netherlands).
• UK-based candidates are not accepted unless via an accredited umbrella company.
• Mandatory 4 days a month on-site in Belgium.
• Experience as a non-IT Business Analyst Senior.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Dynamics platform.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English is required.
