Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to join our team. The role requires a presence on-site in Belgium for 4 days a month. The Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Tribe is part of the Cyber Information Security Office (CISO) Division, responsible for managing access within the IT infrastructure. The mission is to ensure appropriate access to resources while meeting compliance requirements. The role involves delivering new systems or modifications to existing systems, encompassing both Business Analyst and Product Business Analyst responsibilities.

Objectives:

• Support the Project Lead in defining scope within Identity and Access Management.
• Collect and structure requirements into comprehensive work products.
• Define acceptance criteria for testing.
• Analyze and refine the Target Operating Model and implementation/migration approach.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Define and document business processes using BPMN tools.
• Contribute to solution integration and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with change management for deliverable adoption.
• Analyze security risks and impacts of new service developments.
• Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key contributors.
• Define and participate in testing approaches.
• Update documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
• Ensure operational readiness of project solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Understanding of Identity Management, including access provisioning, role-based access control, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience with IAM tool application onboarding.
• Strong analytical and critical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage conflicts.
• Problem-solving and solution-driven approach.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Experience with agile methodology and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding of current IAM regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of Mainframe and RACF.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA, CCBA).
• Experience with business process modeling and tools like Adonis or Visio.
