Opportunity: Senior PMO Manager

Position: Senior PMO Manager
Location: Brussels
Duration: 03/03/2025 - 19/12/2025
On-site Requirement: 3 days a week (maximum 2 remote working days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage departmental budgets exceeding €10 million in collaboration with the Senior Manager and staff, consisting of 4 managers.
• Monitor budgets and team capacities alongside product owners and project managers.
• Align capacity management with business priorities and strategic planning.
• Organize, enhance, and maintain a comprehensive overview of projects and activities managed by departmental teams.
• Ensure the application and continuous improvement of key processes such as Demand, Portfolio, Project, Incident, Problem, and Release in collaboration with process owners and IT guilds.
• Assess and report on key KPIs defined with PMO IS and staff.
• Collaborate with Chief Product Owner, project managers, product owners, scrum masters, and managers to ensure data quality and effective tool utilization, e.g., ServiceNow.
• Define a roadmap of local PMO priorities to align with corporate and IS PMO roadmaps.
• Provide regular reporting to staff and senior business and IS management.
• Collaborate with other IS Local PMOs to share best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent experience (1 to 3 years ago) in Agile, Budget Management, Business Process Management, Confluence, Data Management, Excel, Financial Reporting, IT Project Experience, ITIL, Jira, Kanban, PRINCE2, Project Monitoring, SCRUM, and ServiceNow.
• Expert level proficiency in the above skills.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
• English proficiency is nice to have.
