Job Description

As a Test Analyst UA, you will work within the Test Team of the ICT Service Center department. Your focus will be on user acceptance and E2E testing. You are responsible for designing, executing, and reporting tests aimed at:

  • User Acceptance Testing: Validation of systems and applications to ensure they are suitable and acceptable for all users.
  • E2E Testing: Validation of all E2E business processes with all involved actors across the entire system.

You will create test scenarios based on business and functional analyses and execute them manually or automatically. You will identify deviations as defects and think about possible solutions. You will document test results and provide advice on the release. Additionally, you will propose improvements to optimize the testing process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Language Requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
  • Education: Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through 5 years of experience with ICT technology.
  • Testing Experience: At least 5 years of experience testing large business-critical applications.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Testing Methodologies: Very good knowledge of various SDLC methodologies (V-model, Agile, etc.), testing methodology according to ISTQB, and various testing techniques such as black-box testing technique.
  • Test Automation: Knowledge of automation frameworks and testing tools.
  • Use of Tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Atlassian suite, TestNG, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Selenium, GitLab, SoapUI, SharePoint, SQL developer.
  • Business Processes: Very good knowledge of business processes and requirements, functional analyses, use cases, and user interfaces.
