Job Description:
You will work within the Test Team of the ICT Service Center department. The focus is on integration and system testing. You are responsible for designing, executing, and reporting tests aimed at:
- Integration Testing: Verification of the interaction between different modules, systems, and applications.
- System Testing: Verification that the entire system meets the functional requirements.
You will create test scenarios based on functional and technical analyses and execute them manually or automatically. You will identify deviations as defects and contribute to possible solutions. You will document test results and provide advice on the release. You will propose improvements to optimize the testing process.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience testing large business-critical applications.
- Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience.
- Proficient in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
Technical Skills:
- Very good knowledge of various SDLC methodologies (V-model, Agile, etc.) and testing methodology according to ISTQB.
- Technical knowledge of system architecture, interfaces, web services, databases, and networks.
- Experience with test automation and use of tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Atlassian Suite, TestNG, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Selenium, GitLab, SoapUI, SharePoint, SQL Developer.

Work Environment:
You will work in Brussels, within walking distance of Brussels North station. Working from home is also an option. The number of working hours is 1640 per year, with a 100% work regime.
