Role Description:

We are looking for a Security Subject Matter Expert with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to reinforce access management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) modeling and will contribute to the IAM solution rollout for users.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver role definitions for the IAM solution to grant user access to applications and IT resources.
• Act as a liaison between departments to translate access control requirements into access roles.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations team for onboarding and outboarding processes.
• Work with Tribes for integrating the new access model into applications.
• Coordinate with the remote IAM management team to submit role and asset definitions.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Fluent in FR or NL
• French: Fluent in FR or NL
• English: Good command

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with RBAC models and onboarding/outboarding processes.
• Experience in role modeling and role definition.
• Good understanding of authentication protocols.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ product is a plus.

• Good autonomy and personal effectiveness.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and identify priorities.
