Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Manage scrum teams and lead multiple small teams.
• Establish a product-oriented organization with a technical background.
• Support the evolution of agility within the development department.
• Responsible for supporting the definition of an MVP for each product.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Practical experience in managing scrum teams.
• Experience in an open source Java environment.
• Thorough knowledge of the Confluence/Jira suite.
• Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to the maturity of both IT and the business.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Language proficiency in Dutch and French (active/passive or passive/active).
