Support Agent Opportunity
For a client, we are seeking a Support Agent. This role involves providing first-line support for a tooling used by dealers. The Support Agent will receive training to become proficient in this tool. The assignment is for 3 to 6 months, with the potential to transition into a more traditional Windows support role within the Infra team if performance is satisfactory.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of support for end-users at dealerships during the Go-Live phase.
- Acquire expert-level knowledge of CROSS 3 and Venice through provided training.
- Work in semi-autonomous teams organized per site to answer questions, gather feedback, and provide emotional support to end-users.
- Focus on accounting-level support during the rollout.
- Guide end-users and ensure a smooth implementation of CROSS 3.
Profile:
- Well-versed in the CROSS 3 and Venice applications.
- Good working knowledge of general accounting/analytical accounting and VAT rules is a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry as an accountant is advantageous.
- Resilient and capable of providing emotional support during stressful times for end-users.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Maturity to work semi-autonomously.
- A first relevant working experience is required.
Language Requirements:
- Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English with excellent communication skills.
