Mission Context

Join the Tribe Functions department, which consists of business and IT profiles working collaboratively to support various business areas such as HR, Sourcing & Procurement, Facility, and Communication. We are seeking a Business Analyst for the Housing & Sourcing Services cluster, specifically within the Facility scope. You will be part of the Facility Services squad, contributing to business continuity and managing various features and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate pain points and needs from diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
• Support business and user testing, and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for uniform execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Periodically review documentation to ensure compliance with control functions.

Language Requirements

• Native French or Dutch with operational knowledge of the other language.
• Fluent in English (working language).

Required Experience/Knowledge

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Agile Way of Working.
• Technical expertise in MS Office.
• Preferable experience with Archibus (FMIS).
• Preferable experience in Facility Management.
