We are seeking a Functional Analyst to join an extensive digital transformation program focused on modernizing a critical back-office application. The transformation involves replacing a legacy system with a scalable, future-ready platform that manages a wide range of citizen-facing services and administrative workflows.
The platform consists of multiple interconnected modules such as Product Handling, Financial Management, and several integrations with both internal and external systems. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary Agile team composed of analysts, developers, architects, and testers.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
Define and document functional requirements and business processes.
Prepare high-level analysis and break it down into actionable user stories.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
Translate strategic goals into functional solutions that meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure proper implementation of the functional design.
Conduct or support functional testing and validate the deliverables meet business expectations.
Support in risk assessment and quality control during sprint planning and delivery cycles.
Participate in scope management, planning, and sprint reviews.
Maintain up-to-date and clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
Proven experience working on public sector or social security-related IT projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Proficient in data and process modeling techniques and tools.
Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to think analytically and manage complexity in fast-moving environments.
A strong understanding of administrative workflows and decision-making processes in social services.
Experience in defining and validating MVPs and managing iterative releases.
Familiarity with software testing principles and functional test execution.
