Description You will work on a project basis, you will support our IT team on a project to decommission our SAP CRM system and replace it by Salesforce. You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing training programs, with a strong focus on creating training materials (based on our input), and scheduling/doing follow up of training sessions for our business colleagues. You will work closely with the change manager and other stakeholders of the project to ensure the successful execution of the trainings at the end of the project. Additionally, you must be fluent in both Dutch and French, as the development of training materials will be required in both languages. Roles and Responsibilities:
Developing Training Programs: Collaborate with the change manager and the trainers to create and optimize training content. (90% Powerpoint slides to guide users theoretically through their processes in the new tool + 10% video’s/cartoons (Canva or other) to support the training content).
Planning and Coordination: Create detailed training schedules and ensure the smooth organization of training sessions.
Administrative Support: Manage registrations, attendance lists, and evaluations.
Translating Training Materials: Translate training materials from Dutch to French and visa versa.
Creating Training Materials: Complete and create training materials in both Dutch and French, as well as e-learnings and other supportive training materials. (affinity with CRM programs such as Salesforce is a plus)
Conducting Training Sessions: Delivering/giving training sessions are considered a plus.
Testing and documenting step by step: needed for creation of trainings materials (testing yourself and creating screenshots to be used as trainingmaterial or during rework)
Profile:
Language Skills: Perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch, with a very good knowledge of English.
Education and Experience: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team. Software Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, (Canva) and other relevant training applications to create and manage training materials.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail. (excel or other tools + planning skills)
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French.
Creativity:
Designing innovative and engaging training materials and activities.
Using visual aids and technology to enhance learning during trainings.
Finding new ways to present information to maintain learner interest.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Adjusting training methods to suit different learning styles.

CRM system: Knowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus.
