SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (Level 1)	At least 4 years of studies attested by a diploma	minimum of 8 years postsecondary professional experience	4 years	Project Manager: PM2 or equivalent Product Manager: • Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) or • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM) or • Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO) or • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) Service Delivery Manager: ITIL Managing professional or ITIL® Expert or ITIL® Specialist (just for level 1)
