Tender Excellence Senior Analyst/Manager Opportunity

For a client, we are seeking a Tender Excellence Senior Analyst/Manager for a 12-18 month assignment in the Trade Excellence department.

Antwerp (Travel within the EU, max. 10%)

Your Mission:

As a Tender Excellence Senior Analyst/Manager, you will support the Trade Excellence Director in delivering the Tender Excellence program. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic roadmap items, optimizing iTender and iTender Analytics, and fostering collaboration across regional and local teams to streamline tender management processes and enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the setup and implementation of strategic roadmap focusing on iTender and iTender Analytics.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (Business) for change requests, providing input to the Governance Board and managing user access and inventory.
• Drive regional improvements and the adoption of iTender tools, working closely with the BPO and cross-functional partners.
• Drive the further preparation and implementation of iTender 2.0 (next version).
• Identify further opportunities for process standardization and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Ensure data completeness and integrity within iTender, collaborating with Business Technology and other teams as necessary.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as a central communication point for iTender and iTender Analytics related matters.
• Provide training, documentation, and support for effective tool utilization.

Your Experience and Skills:

• Education: Master's Degree preferred (Business/Economics/Finance, Mathematics, Informatics, Engineering).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Tender Management, Finance, or a Commercial function.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, with experience in a technology-driven environment preferred.

Additional Information:

• Role: 100% time allocation. Temporarily.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
