SAP BI Analyst Developers

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Data Center team and work on projects and maintenance management related to solutions on the data platform, including AWS Data Lake and SAP BI tools (SAP BW4Hana, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, and SAC).
• Ensure, with the APM BI and the Quality Manager BI, the execution of project and daily maintenance activities under the functional responsibility of the APM BI and the head of the Data Center of Excellence.
• Implement efficient solutions using available technologies to optimize performance, maintainability, scalability, and costs.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Proactive approach to identifying challenges, asking the right questions, and spotting new opportunities.
• Passion for Data, data analysis, and creating value from data assets.
• Ability to create solutions combining multiple data sources: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, database.
• Analyze functional and technical needs, meet business experts, and formalize these needs by creating technical-functional documentation.
• Utilize enterprise tools to provide solutions aligned with governance and best practices (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Hana, SAP Datasphere).
• Sensitivity to data management issues (storage, confidentiality, GDPR, archiving).
• Informed about analytical modeling techniques and interaction with other data experts.
• Expertise in SQL and good understanding of ETL systems and data modeling types.
• Ensure data accuracy and availability for clients and understand the impact of technical decisions on downstream systems.
• Design, implement, document, and deliver solutions including large-scale, critical, or sensitive data.
• Design automated data control and quality processes.
• Use orchestration solutions (SAP BW4Hana and SAP Datasphere) and monitor their executions.

Specific Skills:

• Understanding of business issues and their links with data.
• Ability to document solutions and architectures.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis in case of data issues.
• Propose performance optimization solutions and solve data problems.
• Experience with Datasphere or DB HANA or BW4HANA (3 to 5 years).
• Experience with SAP ECC or S4/HANA (various modules).
• Experience in technology watch around data management.
• Mastery of SQL query language.
• Knowledge of data quality dimensions.
• Experience with CDS View and Fiori.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in data profiling and analysis.
• Proven experience with SAP BI technologies (more than 5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate and work independently with various company stakeholders.
• French level C1.
