For a client we are seeking a Senior Database Administrator to join their TechOps team:

Start Date: 02/12/2024
End Date: 01/07/2025

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on MS SQL, Oracle, and other databases.
• Analyze and resolve database-related issues.
• Conduct performance troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Execute daily checks, including monitoring PRTG/Splunk alerts and backup jobs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Database Administrator.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory experience with Windows Server 2019, 2022.
• Proficiency in RHEL.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with MariaDB, Postgres, Cassandra is considered a plus.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
