For a client, we are seeking a Change Manager - Expert to join our team. This position is set to commence on 01/01/2025 and will conclude on 31/12/2025. The role will require a balance of on-site and remote work, with an expectation of 50% on-site presence and 50% teleworking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and compliance of change requests with notice deadlines.
  • Monitor change requests throughout their life cycle.
  • Organize and/or participate in change review bodies.
  • Communicate on the list of changes and associated risks to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to the change management process and continuous improvement of the process and associated indicators.
  • Support the implementation of change management strategies and operational follow-up within teams.
  • Provide coaching to team members on the use of new tools and strategies.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and develop change-related statistics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in managing collection teams and in change management and coaching.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of AS400 and Miles tools is preferable.

Soft Skills:

  • Organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to inspire and engage others.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Fluent in English.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
