For a client, we are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This contract position is set to start on February 12, 2024.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Lead in scope definition within the field of Identity and Access Management.
- Collect and transform requirements into structured work products with clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyze Target Operating Model and implementation/migration approach to refine scope and requirements.
- Conduct initial feasibility studies and gather both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document and define business processes using BPMN tools.
- Collaborate with change management to ensure the adoption of new deliverables.
- Analyze the impact and security risks of new service development on the current system.
- Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key project contributors.
- Define and participate in the testing approach for requirements validation.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Understanding of Identity Management, including access provisioning, role-based access control, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Analytical and critical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a solution-driven approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a continuously changing environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and in team settings.
- Familiarity with agile methodology.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Professional English proficiency.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- Knowledge of current IAM regulations and standards.
- Understanding of Mainframe and RACF.
- Certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, or CCBA.
- Experience with business process modeling and tools like Adonis or Visio.
