For a client we are seeking an Operations Officer - KYC to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and compliance of client onboarding and recertification processes.

Start Date: 01/01/2025
End Date: 31/12/2025
Work Location: Brussel
Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of new client acceptance based on KYC policies.
• Perform periodic recertification of existing client relationships or revisions upon discovery of new risk-enhancing elements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.

Desired Skills:

• Strong interest in finance and banking products.
• Knowledge of KYC is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Diplomatic and customer-oriented approach.
