Mission Context

We are looking for a Program Manager Business to lead an integration/migration program. This program involves coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, including various departments. The role requires strong governance and coordination to ensure the successful execution of the program phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage the framework for the migration process.
• Execute planning and organize follow-up activities.
• Manage the budget and monitor synergies.
• Coordinate between different stakeholders and workstreams, focusing on interdependencies and resolving blocking factors.
• Work with Initiative/Delivery Owners, Squads, and Tribes to coordinate the full delivery of the roadmap.
• Define planning, dependencies, and budgets for each part of the roadmap.
• Manage interdependencies between initiatives.
• Identify necessary business decisions and collaborate with initiative/delivery owners.
• Report progress to the Steering Committee and escalate issues through governance bodies as needed.
• Develop and manage program plans.
• Responsible for program governance.
• Assist and lead program boards or steering committees.
• Monitor and report on program progress.
• Conduct risk assessment and issue management.
• Plan capacity and manage resources.
• Oversee financial management.
• Coordinate training activities.

Language Requirements

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education

Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project, Harmony).
• Familiarity with various IT systems is preferable.
• Knowledge of business architecture at a high level is preferable.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or a program of projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect the dots between businesses and Tribes is preferable.
• Knowledge of organizational structure and Agile way of working is preferable.
