Job Description:

The Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant will play a crucial role in the evolution and support of the SAP CRM application and its interfaces within the system landscape. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing service processes for contact center activities, complaints, disputes, fines, etc.
  • Overseeing master data management (customers, products, ibases, etc.)
  • Working with Fiori applications
  • Handling interfaces to and from various Legacy Applications via SAP PI, SAP CPI, SAP Bdocs, and Idocs
  • Understanding SAP MSL is required
  • Managing interfaces to and from other SAP systems, with experience in SAP BRIM being a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day excellence in Functional & Technical Application Support
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for resolving assigned incidents/requests
  • Diagnose and analyze issues and changes, design solutions
  • Prepare functional/technical specifications using technical expertise
  • Customize in SAP CRM

Major Accountabilities:

  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes, including unit, integration, and regression testing of solutions
  • Collaborate with Process Leads, key users, and other CRM members to manage change requests, bug fixes, and enhancements
  • Ensure solutions fit existing systems to achieve customer/user satisfaction
  • Introduce best practices, insights, and technology trends to improve the SAP CRM application
  • Enhance support, training, processes, and communication regarding the SAP CRM application
  • Participate in projects involving changes to the SAP CRM application

Requirements:

  • University (Master) degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills to translate functional requirements into specifications and implementations
  • At least 7 years of experience in customizing and maintaining SAP CRM modules
  • Experience with CRM web UI (CRM 7.0), SAP OData, and Fiori Design
  • Strong experience with SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing module
  • Experience with SAP FICA Integration is a plus
  • Middleware/Integration experience with SAP PI and SAP CPI
  • SAP BRF plus knowledge is an advantage
  • Understanding of ABAP and debugging capabilities
  • Experience in integration with SAP ECC is a must
  • At least 5 years of experience in application maintenance
  • Experience in a railway context is a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
  • Ability to build and reinforce good governance, risk management, and operational practices
