For a client in Vlaams-Brabant, we are seeking an IT Field Support Engineer for a critical migration project. This role is set to commence as soon as possible and will conclude on November 29, 2024, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, install, and configure new laptops and iPhones in line with company standards.
- Conduct data and settings migration from old to new devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or use of new hardware.
- Provide hands-on support to end-users during the transition, including instruction and Q&A.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment installations, migrations, and incidents.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to ensure timely and smooth migration.
- Offer post-migration support, resolving subsequent issues and providing additional guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record as an IT Field Engineer or IT Support Engineer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and hardware configuration. Prior experience with migration projects is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and resolving technical problems swiftly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Flexibility: Availability to work at various locations and outside regular office hours when necessary.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class B driver's license and be willing to travel to different work locations.
