Role Description:

We are looking for a Coach to guide and develop a team of Marketing & Communications Managers. The role involves ensuring consistency and excellence in marketing and communications management across multiple squads. This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, along with a deep understanding of marketing and communications principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to Marketing & Communications Managers.
  • Align on clear goals and expectations with Chapter Leads.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Identify training and development needs and secure opportunities for growth.
  • Report to Chapter Leads on maturity and performance management.
  • Enable managers to grow in campaigning and communication expertise.
  • Ensure consistency in working methods and output across different squads.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Fluent or Mother tongue
  • French: Fluent or Mother tongue
  • English: Fluent

Education:

Master's degree in Marketing and/or Communications

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication.
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics, including campaign measurement and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of digital & direct marketing, marketing automation, and branding.
  • Experience in group facilitation, skills learning, coaching, and team dynamics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies.
  • Experience in driving change in complex settings with minimum guidance.
  • Familiarity with working within an agile organization.
  • Team lead or people management skills.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
