Role Description:
We are looking for a Coach to guide and develop a team of Marketing & Communications Managers. The role involves ensuring consistency and excellence in marketing and communications management across multiple squads. This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, along with a deep understanding of marketing and communications principles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to Marketing & Communications Managers.
- Align on clear goals and expectations with Chapter Leads.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Identify training and development needs and secure opportunities for growth.
- Report to Chapter Leads on maturity and performance management.
- Enable managers to grow in campaigning and communication expertise.
- Ensure consistency in working methods and output across different squads.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Fluent or Mother tongue
- French: Fluent or Mother tongue
- English: Fluent
Education:
Master's degree in Marketing and/or Communications
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication.
- Experience with data analysis and metrics, including campaign measurement and evaluation.
- Knowledge of digital & direct marketing, marketing automation, and branding.
- Experience in group facilitation, skills learning, coaching, and team dynamics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies.
- Experience in driving change in complex settings with minimum guidance.
- Familiarity with working within an agile organization.
- Team lead or people management skills.
