On-site Requirements: Expectation of 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking
Responsibilities:
- Analyze new legal and internal directives, propose solutions and/or improvements in operational management.
- Create test plans, coordinate acceptance testing, and communicate effectively with end users.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development of impact assessments and business cases in support of the Product Owner.
- Collaborate closely with the team during solution design activities, employing Agile methodologies.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of Information Systems and testing.
- Solid HR knowledge and/or social and tax know-how. Experience in managing benefit and cafeteria plans is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and flexible collaboration methods is preferred.
