For a customer we are looking for an IT Support Technician :

Work location: Namen, with the possibility of partial teleworking.

Your responsibilities:
Update applications on agents' computers, including SAP GUI.
Provide IT support to users to ensure the availability and proper use of the network, applications, databases, etc.
Install, configure and monitor IT equipment and peripherals, as well as software.
Manage system and software updates.
Receive and analyze problems reported by users.
Resolve computer incidents and problems.
Manage user access to IT resources.
Answer user queries and report any IT malfunctions.

Your profile:
Holder of a bachelor's degree in computer science, a Certificate of Qualification as a computer technician or at least 3 months' training in computer helpdesk.
At least 4 months' professional experience in a similar role (internships accepted).
Proven ability to solve technical and functional problems.
Good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking (LAN, WAN, DNS, etc.), PC Hardware, Protocols (TCP/IP, etc.).
Ability to install hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, etc.).
Knowledge of Office 365 is an asset.
Fluency in French with good written and oral communication skills.
Collaborative skills, versatility and flexibility.
Customer focus, empathy and good stress resistance.

Practical aspects:
Part-time work authorized at the rate of 2 days per week to be arranged with the manager.

Language skills :
French: Mother tongue.
English: An asset.
