For a client, we are seeking a Functional-Technical Analyst with expertise in Genesys Cloud Telephony.
Job Title: Functional-Technical Analyst - Genesys Cloud Telephony
Project Duration: ASAP – December 31, 2024
Location: Antwerpen (2 days per week on-site required)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document functional requirements for Genesys Cloud Telephony setups.
- Resolve potential conflicting requirements considering technical constraints of the Genesys Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, advising on priorities and importance of different requirements.
- Update training materials as needed.
- Communicate daily with the product owner and scrum master regarding task progress.
- Provide insights into the platform's capabilities to meet business needs.
- Oversee production incidents and bug follow-ups.
- Define and document telephony setup process flows.
- Create mappings between the Genesys platform structure and Enterprise Service Bus services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation and support of the Genesys Cloud CX Platform.
- Proficiency in setting up call flows and IVR.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud integrations (preferred).
Skills:
- Knowledge of XML/XSD/WSDL and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with UML and class diagrams.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is required.
