Subject Matter Expert Service Now

For a client, we are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Service Now:

Start Date: 01/10/2024
End Date: 31/12/2026
Work Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery capabilities.
  • Stabilize requirements and guide stakeholders to adhere to OOB Service Now functionality.
  • Establish realistic delivery dates.
  • Conduct functional and technical analysis based on business requirements.
  • Perform Service Now development and configuration activities.
  • Coach internal team members in Service Now development, configuration, and support skills.
  • Take initiative to improve data quality.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience in IT.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Service Now, including knowledge of AppEngine and ITSM module (CMDB).
  • Expertise in agile methodologies.
  • Experience with business, functional, and technical analysis.

  • Autonomy, commitment, and perseverance.
  • Objectives and results-oriented.
  • Stress resistance.
Language Proficiency:
  • Dutch (A plus)
  • French (Good knowledge required for interaction with French stakeholders)
  • English (Fluent written and oral skills)
Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking
