For a client, we are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Service Now:
Start Date: 01/10/2024
End Date: 31/12/2026
Work Location: Brussel
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery capabilities.
- Stabilize requirements and guide stakeholders to adhere to OOB Service Now functionality.
- Establish realistic delivery dates.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis based on business requirements.
- Perform Service Now development and configuration activities.
- Coach internal team members in Service Now development, configuration, and support skills.
- Take initiative to improve data quality.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Service Now, including knowledge of AppEngine and ITSM module (CMDB).
- Expertise in agile methodologies.
- Experience with business, functional, and technical analysis.
