For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst :

Start Date: 01/10/24
End Date: 30/06/25 (with possible extension)
Location: Liége + Remote

Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT solutions for the Smart communication chain.
• Follow-up and implement the Smart roadmap.
• Adjust operational processes.
• Provide technical-operational management and Smart deployment logistics.
• Manage business case and Smart regulatory reporting.
• Conduct GAP analysis and translate findings into actionable activities.
• Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders in:
  • Writing specifications.
  • Test support.
  • Providing expertise on solutions and smart meters.
  • Updating processes and producing work procedures.
  • Analyzing meter deployment statistics.
  • Extracting customer installation data.
  • Initiating service orders.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level expertise in GAP analysis (5+ years).
• Senior-level experience in writing functional specifications (5+ years).
• Proficiency in UML/BPMN (3+ years).
• Knowledge of digital meters for Electricity/Gas, including Head-End Systems (3+ years).
• General utilities sector knowledge in Electricity & Gas (3+ years).
