On-Site Requirements: Expectation of 50% on-site work & 50% homeworking
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within an agile team to design, build, and test software elements within a limited timeframe.
• Contribute to the completion of the sprint backlog as determined by the Product Owner.
• Apply scrum values (focused, committed, open, respectful, and courageous) in daily work.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning to enhance team performance.
• Promote continuous improvement in software and hardware delivery speed and operational quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT development and integration.
• Expertise in Mainframe MVS.
• Advanced knowledge of COBOL, MFE, EE, EDz, IMS/DB, DB2/SQL, and job-scheduling (CTRL-M or similar).
• Proficiency in repository management (Endevor or similar).
• Experience with integration using different technologies (distributed/mainframe) and infrastructure components.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with IMS/DC (TPX) is preferable.
• Knowledge of zOS Connect, MQ, and XML is a strong plus.
• Experience with Rally and Octane is nice to have.

Language Proficiency:

• Dutch: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
• French: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
• English: Fluent
