Techn Services Support Specialist

For a client we are seeking a Technical Services Support Specialist (Expert Level with 10+ Years of Experience)

Start Date: 01/11/2024
End Date: 28/02/2025
Location: Zuid-Holland

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the transformative journey in Service Management, establishing Service management foundations.
  • Lead the development and management of the service management function from inception to business-as-usual (BAU) state.
  • Drive the transformation towards a service-oriented organization, enhancing IT service delivery and aligning services with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies and frameworks in line with company objectives.
  • Define and standardize the services offering and services catalogue across platform and application layers.
  • Partner with senior-level stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive the development and adoption of ITIL best practices for service management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the security and reliability of services.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in various aspects of service lifecycle/portfolio management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse senior stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management principles, ITIL framework, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to draft and socialize robust IT service policies and frameworks for seamless adoption.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve service issues.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT services with company's strategic goals.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

  • ITIL v3 (or higher) certification.
  • Expertise in Service Framework and Governance Design.
  • Expertise in Service Portfolio Design and Management.
  • Professional experience with ServiceNow (5 years).
  • Experience in Strategic Transformation Implementation(s) (6 years).

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is required.
