For a client, we are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Agile Production Services (APS) Channels squad.

Start Date: 01/10/2024
End Date: 30/09/2025
Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
• Schedule and follow key steps of the methodology.
• Ensure smooth use of Scrum methodology and assist the squad in overcoming obstacles.
• Support squad members by fostering a healthy dynamic within the squad, ensuring respect for priorities and scope.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and proactively remove barriers.
• Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow and protect the squad from unexpected work influxes.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• A professional experience of at least 5 years.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
• Experience with an infrastructure environment is welcome.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language.
• Fluent or good command of English.
