CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant

For a client, we are seeking an Experienced CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant:

Responsibilities:

Support the architect in identifying, presenting, and communicating suitable solutions.
Conduct workshops to analyze business processes, needs, and current operational solutions.
Foster adoption of out-of-the-box solutions and ensure continuous improvement by utilizing new technologies and methodologies.
Represent interests towards integrators in both project and CoE modes.
Produce or review user stories and functional specifications.
Design or review the design of customized functionality within MS Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
Configure or oversee configuration done by suppliers or colleagues.
Regularly update JIRA boards and participate in all Scrum events.
Support bug analysis and resolution.
Collaborate closely with the testing team, participating in UAT and regression testing as needed.
Ensure test cases are well-documented in coordination with the business.
Work with technical leads and supplier technical teams for integration and deployment.
Produce or review functional documentation for configured and customized functionality.
Coach business colleagues on user training.
Contribute to the up-skilling of the current internal team.

University master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related disciplines.
10 years of hands-on CRM MS Dynamics experience, preferably acquired in a consulting firm.
Proven experience in multinational or large-size companies.
3 years of strong exposure to functional or business analysis.
Expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer service processes and best practices.
Experience in an agile software delivery environment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to write complex documents and deliver persuasive presentations.
Autonomous work style with minimal supervision.
Proactive team player mentality.
