For a client, we are seeking a Medior Change Manager to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing organizational performance through strategic change management and communication initiatives. This role is a project-based position starting on January 15, 2025, and concluding on January 31, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the existing change team to monitor organizational change needs.
- Define and implement a comprehensive change framework and toolbox.
- Support business projects by managing change and communication effectively, minimizing staff resistance.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, transformation roadmaps, and change plans for a digital and agile organizational transformation.
- Analyze the impact of changes on people and processes within the organization.
- Contribute to the implementation of the change plan in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Support various transformation pillars, including core business, technology, and value assurance, in their change implementation efforts.
- Assist in developing and activating the overall Training management strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a change management expert with in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and implementation.
- Proven experience utilizing the ADKAR model.
- Project management experience with a track record of successful implementation in business projects.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with the ability to conduct training and change workshops in both French and Dutch.
