Role Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the convergence of our IT organization to a new DevOps platform. The successful candidate will manage the project to ensure the successful migration of the CI/CD toolchain, aligning with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include agreeing on objectives with management and stakeholders, developing a comprehensive project plan, and leading a team to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a roadmap for the migration of the CI/CD toolchain.
- Plan and manage the project, including setting milestones and deadlines.
- Lead a team of stakeholders, including IT leadership, engineers, and release managers.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align organizational capabilities with project requirements.
- Monitor and manage all risks related to the project.
- Develop and manage project strategies, define tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct quality assessments, risk analysis, and management reporting.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch
- French (knowledge of French is a plus)
- English
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT transformation projects in large companies.
- Knowledge of project management methods, processes, and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Good understanding of IT concepts related to DevOps and CI/CD.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
