For a client, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the public transport sector. This is a critical requirement for the role.

Work Location: Brussel
On-site Requirements: Hybrid work regime with a minimum of two days on-site per week, potentially full-time on-site as project necessitates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and manage budget adjustments as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Define and agree on project scope and deliverables with all relevant parties.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with the client and IT teams.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Be an integral member of the delivery organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally 8 years.
- Experience with e-commerce solutions is a plus.
Skills and Certifications:
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong affinity with IT and understanding of its complexities.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of PM², PMBOK, Prince2, and ITIL Certification is preferred.
- Project Methodology Certification is mandatory.
- Ability to facilitate steering committee meetings, project updates, and guide resources.
- Effective time management skills and a "can do" work ethic.
