For a client we are seeking a CRM Data Analyst to temporarily join their team. This position is set to start in mid-December and will continue until early August 2025. The role is full-time, with the possibility of a 4/5th schedule. The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the flexibility for an additional day on Monday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform database selections for the swap program
- Collaborate with the team to determine target groups and campaign follow-up.
- Ensure the accuracy of selections and exclusions for campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign success.
- Utilize SPSS and SQL queries for database selection and transition to Alteryx for database management.
- Set up CRM campaigns including pre-analysis, targeting, personalization, marketing automation, and post-analysis.
- Translate insights from data into actionable customer contacts.
- Manage data aspects of (digital) direct marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to shaping the CRM strategy and propose optimizations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience with SPSS and SQL queries.
- Willingness to learn and transition to Alteryx.
- Logical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Several years of experience in a similar context with databases and extracting relevant data in a commercial environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, control groups, and calculating the ROI of campaigns.
- Adherence to ethical conduct and data protection standards.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in SPSS Modeler, Alteryx designer, or SAS.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial insight.
- Knowledge of Alteryx (nice to have).
- Experience with JIRA (nice to have).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaigns (nice to have).
