Medior Business Project Manager

Voor 1 van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Medior Business Project Manager.

The Business Project Manager is part of the Process, IT & Customer Experience department and reports to the PMO Officer.  
Main tasks are:
  1. Take in new business projects, analyse them and ensure that the intake given by the client is clear and straightforward for your business stakeholders
  2. Draw up a plan of action, in close consultation with the various stakeholders (management, continuous improvement officers, operational end-users, IT-supplier,….)
  3. Assemble the key people in the different business units to work on this business project
  4. Monitor the scope, timing and budget and provide regular feedback to the various stakeholders
  5. Manage stakeholder expectations and follow up communication around the project
  6. Deliver the project deliverables within the agreed scope, time and cost
 
Business Project Manager skills & experiences
  1. A bachelor’s of master’s degree and +5 years of experience in project management
  2. You easily make contacts and do not mind giving and receiving feedback.
  3. Effectively and efficiently come up with an overall roadmap. You follow it smoothly and adapt your approach where necessary.
  4. Communicate smoothly to all stakeholders. You are aware of the importance of good communication to bring a project to a successful conclusion
  5. You easily analyse an application or project and quickly understand the potential bottlenecks. You estimate the impact of certain decisions.
  6. You are more than familiar with the tools from the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, …)
  7. Fluent in French & Dutch
