For a client, we are seeking a Medior to Senior Application Package Engineer:

Start Date: 15/11/2024
End Date: 30/06/2025, with the option to extend the contract
Location: Vlaams-Brabant, with up to 50% remote work allowed.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the workplace of the future for our end customer.
• Deliver applications using modern technologies such as app layering, virtualization tools, Citrix, and Intune technology.
• Follow best practices for application delivery (MSI-X, Microsoft Store, container applications, MSI, etc.).
• Create applications, manage unattended installations, and resolve application issues within a strict security framework.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Very good knowledge of OS environments: Windows 10 and 11 client, Citrix servers, Windows Server 2016-2022.
• Experience with MSI packaging and MSI-X technology.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with deployment tools (Intune, SCCM, Turbo).
• Scripting knowledge in VBS or PowerShell.
• Experience with packaging tools (Wise Package Studio, Advanced Installer) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ‘safe and agile’ methodologies, using ALM tools like Jira or Confluence.
• A ‘security first’ mindset.
