For a client in Vlaams-Brabant we are seeking a Senior System Architect

Location: Leuven, Vlaams-Brabant (50% onsite requirement)

About the Role:

Join our dynamic ART Group Application Services team, where you will be at the heart of our strategic initiatives, working on applications and services that span across the Group's international presence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our architectural runway, ensuring the integration of secure and robust processes in compliance with stringent banking and insurance regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Translate conceptual ideas into concrete applicative solutions and design flexible, lasting architectures.
• Work with a wide range of technologies, frameworks, and products across different client segments.
• Facilitate secure and thorough implementation of IT risk department processes.
• Collaborate with teams to define the architecture of AWS-based solutions.
• Research and evaluate solution alternatives during the idea and feasibility phase.
• Ensure chosen solutions are supported within the organization and align with technical experts and business analysts.
• Work closely with UX experts, designers, developers, analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Guide the planning, definition, and design of solutions, and establish critical Non-Functional Requirements.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of architectural & framework offerings.
• Experience with risk & security expectations in the banking & insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into concrete solutions.
• Team player with a focus on quality, performance, security, and stability.
• Continuous learning mindset and openness to innovation.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) is essential.
