For a client we are seeking a Junior/Medior IT Functional Service Desk Agent to join our team starting on January 1, 2025, for a 6-month mission with the potential for extension.

Project Duration:

Start date: 01/01/2025 - 6 months with potential extension

Work Location:

Remote work is possible (3 days) with mandatory on-site days (2 days) for team meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support on business applications to corporate and dealer environments.
• Support incidents related to in-house applications.
• Offer support on Windows 10/11 and Office software (O365).
• Handle and follow up on IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or ticketing tool.
• Escalate issues to other teams and partners when necessary.
• Create, review, and update documentation and draft communications to customers.

Qualifications:

• IT all-rounder with a good technical background and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems in a complex environment and provide effective solutions or workarounds.

Experience:

Prior Helpdesk experience is preferred.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (in shifts, e.g., 08h-17h, 09h-18h).

Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00 (every 5/6 weeks). When scheduled on Saturday, you can work from home and are not scheduled on Friday.
