For a client we are seeking two Senior Project Managers :

Project Duration: Asap until the end of 2024
Location: Hoboken/Brussels (with partial remote work policy)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within the Trade Compliance department.
• Develop and implement project plans in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate across various departments to ensure adherence to trade regulations.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring it is complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Proven Project Management experience within an industry environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Prior experience with trade compliance will be considered an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management and various levels within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Language Proficiency:

• English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
