For a client, we are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist :

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an IAM expert for design and implementation in a complex environment.
• Liaise with business, technology, and project management partners, advocating for IAM in technology initiatives.
• Guide the organization in modeling business roles and onboarding applications.
• Optimize IAM processes and recommend solutions for improvement, automation, and integration.
• Conduct IAM program maturity assessments and technology gap analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with IT, Audit, and other teams to understand and address audit findings.
• Respond to inquiries regarding security practices and access.
• Recommend and implement access control levels.
• Assist in action plans for system access issues.
• Define and implement continuous process improvements.
• Develop reporting methods for monitoring productivity and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of information security experience, including compliance, risk management, privacy, data protection, and security controls.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern IAM concepts and best practices.
• Experience in formulating information security strategies and recommendations.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and risk management practices.
• Ability to critically analyze risks and articulate prevention and detection mechanisms.

Skills:

• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, or ForgeRock.
• Familiarity with Cloud service providers like AWS, SalesForce, and Azure.
• Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and gain cooperation.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, including leading discussions and meetings.
• Experience in Business role modeling.
• Diplomatic attitude and team player mindset.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.
