As an Enterprise Architect in the Security division, you will play a pivotal role in defining the target and transition architecture and roadmaps for Security capabilities. Your contributions will ensure the safety of interactions with customers and markets, as well as internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and analyze strategic Business and IT objectives, leveraging industry and market trends to influence the enterprise's strategy and architecture.
• Lead the analysis of current and future-state capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities, recommending solutions for improvement.
• Facilitate Business and IT alignment, translating objectives into an executable change roadmap.
• Deliver target and/or transition architectures and standards, maintaining and governing them effectively.
• Provide oversight on the progress of capability implementation and alignment with established targets.
• Develop clear standards, reference architecture patterns, principles, and guardrails to support decision-making and clarity for delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, delivery, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture.
• Offer consultative advice and support to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural practice and delivery of services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Network Security Architect or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity domain (frameworks like NIST, ISO27001, CIS – threat modeling – risk management and assessment).
• Experience in highly regulated and critical IT environments.
• Strong understanding of Network Architecture and design principles.
• Knowledge of Networking technologies (LAN/WAN), Network services, and Network security services.
• Expert analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Result-oriented with a collaborative approach to deliver business outcomes.
• Self-motivated with a proactive working approach.
• Effective leadership skills and ability to work effectively at various organizational levels.
• Fluent in English.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Overall knowledge and interest in IT infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in an Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF) is an advantage.
• Certification in the area of Security (e.g., CISSP, CBCI, GIAC, ISO 22301/27001, LA/LI) is a plus.

This role requires 4 days a month on-site presence.
