For a client, we are seeking a Digital Business Analyst - Senior to join their team on a project basis.

Job Title: Digital Business Analyst - Senior

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 30/06/2025

Location: Brussel

On-site Requirements: Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Responsibilities:

• Manage and communicate requirements to ensure a clear understanding of the business needs.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage the refinement process, including planning and facilitating meetings.
• Participate in the delivery of effective solutions to complex business challenges.
• Identify the impact of business specifications on system changes and liaise with Process/Change managers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT departments in an agile environment.
• Build and maintain relationships within Engineering, Business partners, Operations, and IT departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects in a consulting/client-facing environment.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of Agile-Scrum frameworks.
• Technical background with a good understanding of IT solutions.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and understand work flow processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Agile methodology experience.
• Strong IT affinity.
• BPMN knowledge.
