COUPA Procurement Business analyst

For a client we are seeking a COUPA Procurement Business Analyst to join their team on a part-time basis (50%). This role is set to commence on November 4, 2024, and is expected to conclude in April 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the users in the COUPA solution in collaboration with stakeholders in the Procurement department and internal clients across other departments, as well as ICT colleagues.
  • Communicate about the follow-up of business requests on integrations with ICT colleagues on the SAP MM setup.
  • Create recurrent and ad hoc reporting for the Procurement management.
  • Provide support to the SAP MM community, responding to questions and finding solutions to their issues.
  • Reflect on new initiatives such as CSR and Net zero, supporting the Procurement Management in analyzing possibilities offered by SAP MM and COUPA.
  • Implement a new set of Procurement controls in collaboration with internal audit.
  • Support the updates of the Procurement digital manuals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must possess COUPA ADMIN CERTIFICATION.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4Hana MM or related modules is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC environment is a plus.

Skills:

  • Native speaker in Dutch or French with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a challenging mindset.
  • Motivated to learn about customized SAP MM setups.
  • Eager to learn about COUPA Spend Management solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel for clear reporting.
  • Knowledge of Situational Leadership is beneficial.
  • Structured writing skills are a plus.
