Role Summary:

We are currently looking for a skilled IT Analyst to join our IT team for a project named Wave. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the application landscape for financial products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the offer to contract closure lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access management, including the creation of HR/IT system landscape, application matrix overview, transition plan, and cut-over plan.
• Support the definition of rights and roles, including potential applications for Right Now implementation and defining the rollout plan.
• Harmonize the onboarding process by supporting the definition of the future tool and migration roadmap from an IT application analyst perspective.
• Collaborate closely with the local Project Manager and the IT community.

General Requirements:

• Proven background in business analysis with awareness of standard methodologies.
• Experience in reviewing and documenting interface contracts and identifying system changes.
• Knowledge of standard interfacing concepts (XML, JSON, Web services), and basic security concepts.
• Experience in a leasing/financial environment is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with agile working models and tools (Jira, Xray, Confluence).
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals, architects, business leads, and project managers.
• Capability to quickly adapt and absorb the current landscape.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written).
• German is considered a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Confluence, and IT Analysis.
