For a client, we are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to join our team. This contract position is set to start on April 11, 2024, and will involve 4 days a month on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Lead in scope definition within the field of Identity and Access Management.
• Collect and transform requirements into structured work products with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze Target Operating Model and implementation/migration approach.
• Conduct initial feasibility studies and gather requirements from Business and IT stakeholders.
• Define and document business processes using BPMN tools.
• Contribute to solution integration, implementation, or migration strategy.
• Collaborate with change management to ensure adoption of new deliverables.
• Analyze security risks and capitalize on existing security measures.
• Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key project contributors.
• Define a test approach for requirements and participate in solution validation through testing.
• Update internal and external documentation like SOPs or training materials.
• Drive operational readiness of project solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Understanding of Identity Management, access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, JML activities, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience with IAM tool application onboarding.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Knowledge of agile methodology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical data modeling, and data visualization.
• MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI proficiency.
• Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IAM regulations and standards.
• Understanding of Mainframe and RACF.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA, CCBA).
• Business process modeling experience with tools like Adonis or Visio.
