For a client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Chatbots and virtual assistants to join the 'Customer Servicing and Efficiency' tribe. This role is critical in developing and delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through the use of Chatbots, a key component of the company's 2025 strategic ambitions.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Chatbots

Start Date: 14/10/2024
End Date: 31/12/2025

Work Location: Brussel (Minimum 50% on-site & 50% homeworking)

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align with the product strategy and vision set by the Product Owner.
  • Lead the business analysis process, building trust with stakeholders and ensuring client-centric solutions.
  • Facilitate business needs collection and validation through workshops, presentations, and regular communication.
  • Define and analyze the business model using appropriate modeling techniques and methods.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other contributors and tribes for end-to-end delivery.
  • Translate business/client needs into requirements for solution development, adhering to cluster/squad standards.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop functional and technical solutions.
  • Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Support businesses in onboarding new solutions and manage change for smooth adoption.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders and coordinating between business and IT teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chatbots, AI, and workflow processes.
