Service description:

• Planning, organizing, and following up visits by schools & student associations:
  • Contact schools & associations.
  • Preparing School days:
    • Scheduling guides
    • Providing goodies and lunch
    • Updating presentations
    • Hosting the days

 

• Follow-up of job events:
  • Subscribe for job events + prepare the event from A-Z: follow-up advertising deadlines, registration deadlines, communications, …
  • Scheduling and briefing participants 
  • Attend events by yourself.
  • Aftercare of the event: gather data & feedback.

 

• Planning, organizing, and following up guest lecturers at secondary schools:
  • Contact schools & associations.
  • Preparing guest lectures:
    • Scheduling + briefing speakers
    • Providing goodies
    • Updating presentations

Requirements:

• Experience is not needed but preferably background linked to events, communication, marketing, HR, etc.
• Pro-activity, working independently, an eye for detail, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Microsoft Office applications: outlook, teams, PowerPoint, word, excel
• Team player & Can-do attitude towards process improvement  
• Fluent in Dutch & French
