For a client, we are seeking a Medior Business Analyst.

End Date: 31/01/2026
Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis within internal business projects, specifically in the Safety Domain.
• Drive the digitalization of safety coordination processes.
• Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirements.
• Create specifications and user acceptance criteria for tool selection, procurement process, or tool development.
• Oversee and validate functional designs realized by IT partners.
• Conduct requirements testing and prepare for User Acceptance Tests.
• Document Repository Business Processes, Information Concepts, User Manuals, and Training materials.
• Assist in data migration efforts.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Business Analyst Team, architects (business/IT), project management, and other business analysts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT business analyst.
• Experience in the Safety domain is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of IREB certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML.
• Proficiency in using Sparx Enterprise Architecture.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent command of French and Dutch.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
